District Principal and Teacher of the Year Announced

St. Mary Parish has released the names of the district teachers and principal who have been selected as 2021-2022 St. Mary Parish Teachers and Principal of the Year. These educators will compete for regional and state recognition this spring.

Congratulations to the following educators:

Elementary Teacher of the Year: Charmaine St. Germain (W. P. Foster Elementary School)
Junior High Teacher of the Year: Lani McElroy (Berwick Junior High School)
High School Teacher of the Year: Ann Breaux (Patterson High School)
Principal of the Year: Shantell Toups (J.S. Aucoin Elementary School)
