P-EBT Application Assistance and Translation Services

The LAHelpU Customer Service Center (1-888-524-3578) representatives will help parents who have not yet successfully applied for Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) to complete their applications. Parents needing P-EBT assistance can reach a representative by pressing 9.

For applicants in need of translation services, those who do not have access to a computer, and those who have trouble operating a computer, customer service staff will input the applicants' information in the P-EBT Portal for them (using LanguageLine translation services where needed).

Update:  Deadline for applications extended to June 15.
