Mrs. Shantell Toups as recently recognized by the Louisiana School Board Association (LSBA) for completing the "Level Up League: Future Superintendents" training program. 

Level Up League: Future Superintendents is a year-long training module designed to assist candidates in honing the skills needed to tackle the challenging job of being a public-school superintendent.
