 District Credentials or Password Issues

Usage Notes:

  • New accounts (district credentials) are generated by the Human Resources Office after all information required for employment has been received.
     
  • Name or address change request should be submitted to Alicia Morris (amorris@stmaryk12.net) in the Human Resources Office.  No changes can be implemented in district credentials until information has been verified and submitted by the Human Resources Office.
     
  • If you know your current or most recent password, you can reset it by logging into a district computer from a restart:
    1. If your password has expired, you should be prompted to reset it.
    2. If your password has not expired, use CTRL + ALT + Delete | Change a Password.
       
  • If you do not know your most recent password, you can try resetting it:
    1. From a district or home computer: Use the Forgot Password link in Office 365 from the St. Mary Parish homepage link.
    2. Additional information about district credentials can be found under Employees | Employee Portals | Microsoft 365
    3. Contact Stacie Burke (337-836-6010). You will be required to answer security questions.
