Hello my name is Stacy Orlando and I am the school librarian at Aucoin Elementary.  I have been teaching 27 years with 22 of those being at Aucoin Elementary. I graduated from Nicholls State University in 1992 and am certified to teach Elementary grades 1-4.  I am a certified K thru 12 School Librarian through Northwestern State University. I have taught PreK, second grade, third grade and have been librarian for 9 years now.  I currently serve as Aucoin's SBLC Facilitatior and am a member of the School Improvement Team.  

I have a husband and two children who I love very much.  I enjoy reading and encouraging kids to develop a love for Reading through our Accelerated Reader Program. My favorite place to be is the beach with a book of course :)
