Mighty Tiger Marching Band:

The Morgan City High School Mighty Tiger Marching Band is one of the most visible organizations on campus.  The Mighty Tiger Band regularly performs at all Morgan City High School home and away football games, local parades and pep rallies.  The Mighty Tiger Band also performs at marching festivals around the state including, but not limited to:  Teche Fest Marching Festival at Berwick High School, Delcambre High School Marching Festival, Vermillion Parish Marching Festival, Fete’ De Musique at Central Lafourche High School, McNeese State University "Showdown at Sundown" marching competition, District VII Band Directors Association Marching Festival and the Showcase of Marching Bands.  Participation in marching band is encouraged for all band students at Morgan City High. 

Mighty Tiger Concert Band:

The Morgan City High School Mighty Tiger Concert Band performs 2 concerts annually, one at Christmas time and the other in the Spring.  The concert band also performs mini concerts at Christmas time for all of the local elementary schools in Morgan City.  In the spring the Mighty Tiger Band performs at concert festivals around the state including but not limited to:  Bayouland Concert Festival, Southern University Concert Festival, Louisiana Concert Band Invitational Concert Festival and the L.M.E.A. Concert Assessment.  Participation in concert band is encouraged for all band students at Morgan City High School.
