Mrs. Sandra Landry Gallloway
My name is Sandra Landry Galloway. I was born and raised in Louisiana. I attended Hattie Watts Elementary when I was a child. I graduated from Patterson High School in 1983. I attended Nicholls State University and graduated with a BA in Education and M.ED in Reading Specialist and a minor in Administration. I have been teaching at Hattie Watts for the past 27 years in third grade. I will be teaching 2nd next year for the first time.
When I am not at school, I enjoy camping, hiking, gardening, and reading. I have worked/served as a cubscout, webleos, and boyscout leader for the past ten years. I volunteer at church in the children's department when needed acting as a substitue teacher and VBS (vacation bible school) as a helper.
I have been married for 26 years to a fellow Patterson Graduate, Tom Galloway. I have two children: Ryan and Aimee. Ryan is a freshmen in college and Aimee is a senior this year at PHS.
I am excited to be teaching your child math, science, and social studies.
Together we will strive for excellence in education.
