Credits, Grading Scales, EOC, & Honor Roll
Students cannot earn 1/2 credits except in courses taught for 1/2 credits. All other courses will be for full credit only.
All students will receive letter grades.
NOTE: To participate in graduation ceremonies, a student must be classified as a senior by having successfully completed the required course work and having completed the required number of semesters.
LEAP 2025 END OF COURSE TESTS
Students entering prior to 2017-2018 are required to pass three of six EOC tests in the following areas: English II or III, Algebra I or Geometry, and Biology or American History.
Students entering in 2017-2018 are required to pass three of six LEAP 2025 EOC exams in the following areas: English I or II, Algebra I or Geometry, and Biology or American History.
HONOR ROLL RECOGNITION
Designated for those students who make A's in all classes for the nine weeks.
Awarded to students who have at least a "B" (85%) average for the nine weeks with no grade less than a C.
In addition, the following criteria should be met:
- “D”, “F”, “N” or “U” (in areas other than conduct and/or handwriting) disqualifies a student from the two categories.
- Conduct grades are not to be considered in placement of students in the two categories.
- Special Education students addressing graduation requirements are eligible for honor roll and principal’s list recognition.
