• Where can I find CLUs that were earned before February 2011?

    Posted by:

    - CLUs earned prior to February 2011 are not part of the current TRES database.  All users of the old system. which was supplied by the Louisiana Department of Education prior to February 2011, were asked to secure their data before the servier was decommissioned in August 2011.
    - Documentation for these events must be verified through the use of attendance certificates issued by the course instructor.  The St. Mary Parish School Board does not have access to this information.

  • What do I do if my password doesn't work in TRES?

    Posted by:

Your TRES account, like most systems in our district, is directly tied to your district credentials.  Here are some troubleshooting techniques:

-Step 1:  Use your password to login to Office 365 to ensure that it has not expired.
-Step 2:  If it has expired, reset your password in Office 365 (if you have enabled two-step verification) or using CTRL + ALT + DELETE and selecting “Change Password” (from a computer inside the district).
-Step 3:  Test your new password in TRES by clicking "My Account" (NOT Instructor's Login) and in other district applications. Remember that TRES login requires only your username, not your email address.
-Step 4:  If you have taken each of these steps and still cannot gain access, email Susan Dupre.

  • How is a name change handled in TRES?

    Posted by:

TRES uses district credentials for signin, but name changes must be handled separately.

-Step 1:  After your name change has become official and your email address has been changed, go to My Account and login using your new credentials. Complete the steps for establishing a new account.
-Step 2:  Email Susan Dupre to request that your two accounts be merged.  Make sure to include your new username and your former username.
